Hilary Sloan ‘Some Forgotten Sunday’ at KUHT 8-6-03

‘Some Forgotten Sunday’ by Hilary Sloan. I just love watching Ben the bass player whom I have played drums a few times in the Good Luck Band that had a regular gig at Toby Blunt’s old club on Washington Street. There is even a recording of it somewhere. I had shown up to see Chris King play drums and he had another gig. The band was a little bummed since they were recording. I told Ben I had my drums in the car and I’d be willing to give it a whack. Played a bunch of tunes I haven’t played since, nor did I ever get to listen to them. As said in Rock and Roll High School” A feat unheard of at the time.”
