This is a carefully curated set of tools that support sophisticated productions with intercom communications for multiple crew members. Attention has been taken to reduce the impact on other wireless devices. Features include IFB for talent, Dante interconnection, source assignment routing of up to twelve 2-wire groups, two channels of analog I/O, and two channels of program. The kit is compact and reliable with recognized industry familiar components. There are six wired two channel beltpacks, two IFB dual channel sets and 7 single channel wireless headsets. The Studio Technologies 45R has two receive/transmit channels and enough ‘wet’ power to drive the Eartec RTS bridge by itself plus a beltpack or two.
This intercom system would be especially useful in webcasting and multicamera field operations with assistant camera persons. The wireless headsets are DECT band and not recommended to operate in competition with other DECT systems.
